The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Sunday evening to help locate an octogenarian believed in a wheelchair who went missing from Bellflower. Ronald Barlish was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Saturday around Woodruff Avenue and Artesia Boulevard in Bellflower, the CHP said. Barlish is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 165 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes, believed wearing a navy blue hoodie and black pants. Anyone who sees Barlish or knows his whereabouts was asked to call 911.
